P&C Mainframe Data Migration

A large P&C insurer was in the process of upgarding all major business processes by purchasing vendor solutions for underwriting, policy administration, claims and billing functions.  As part of the project, legacy data and applications needed to be moved off the client's mainframe system and into a data warehouse for reporting purposes.

Celeritas was engaged to provide architectural and development services to build the SQL Server data warehouse, migrate the mainframe Cobol data from the mainframe using SSIS and produce business intelligence reports for endusers using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
