Managed Services

A nationwide engineering firm was running Oracle eBusiness Suite on Linux.  After experiencing successful results working with Celeritas on backup/recovery, DR, security and tuning projects, the client asked Celeritas to propose a Managed Services program for database and systems support.  Celeritas completed a detailed review of the environment and proposed a service plan along with key upgrades.  The implementation of the upgrades and support plan yielded significant performance and stability improvements and also allowed Celeritas to mentor the client's IT staff which positioned them to ultimately take over the care of the system down the road.
